Examples of managing an actual project

A long-term project with several child projects included

1.     Click the button and choose [Parent] in [PROJECT TYPE].

2.     Enter the requirements such as the project name, customer name, officers in charge, order amount, field, language pair, etc.

3.   Once the parent project is created, a new line is added to the top of the project list.

4.     Click the  button to create a child project and enter the rest of the requirements that are not entered in the parent project.

5.     In the child project, in case that the task after the task of the basically created vendor is necessary, click the  button to create a sub-assignee in the [ASSIGNEE] section. For example, if the first assignee performs translation, this sub-assignee would review the translation.

6.     In the child project, if the same task as the basically created assignee's task, not a subsequent task, needs to be added, click the  button to create an additional assignee. For example, if the task is too large for the first assignee to complete it by itself, the other assignee would take a part of the first assignee's task.

7.     In case that there is the project (such as feedback handling) after the child project, click the  button at the far left of the project line to create a sub-project.

An intermittent single project with one or more sub-projects
